Casselton city ordinance allows fireworks displays only on July 3 – 5 from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm and until midnight on the 4th. Displays on any other date or time require a permit approved by city council.  Permit applications are available at the city auditor’s office to persons 18 years or older.  Permit fee is $10.00 and must be submitted with the application by May 28 to be considered at the June council meeting.
